Cristiano Ronaldo is travelling back to England for talks with Manchester United over his future, according to The Athletic.
Ronaldo missed United’s pre-season tour to Thailand and Australia due to family reasons.
But the 37-year-old is reportedly expected in Manchester on Monday.
Sky Sports News understands United are not looking for a replacement and their stance is unchanged – that Ronaldo is not for sale.
Ronaldo, who has been training away from the club, wants to leave United in order to play Champions League football.
